Born in Israel, after years of drawing and painting, Raphael started photography at the age of 18. Once finished his IDF Army service Raphael left to Australia to accomplish his professional Photography Diploma at Melbourne Photography Studies Collage (PSC), Majoring in Fashion and Portraiture.
While still a student, Raphael started photographing for Australian Model and Artist Agencies and lived and worked in Australia till 2005. Back in Israel Raphael started working for a Tel Aviv fashion & nightlife Magazine as head photographer. He has been photographing for Israeli Model Agencies, and his clients range from the beauty and fashion industry, to music and celebrities portraits. In the past few years, Raphael has been giving Master Class and Workshops for photographers in his Studio and on location CV
